I know what you mean man. I did that about a month ago and I haven't gone back. I have been running on the treadmill just to get my cardio and s**t up so I can not die after going that.I did the fit test on insanity just a few minutes ago. When they say that you'll be the most fit of your life after 60 days, they aren't f**king around. I'm dying and it's been about 5 minutes since I did the workout. I feel like I just did an hour of cardio, and hour of legs, and an hour of upper body, all jam packed into one 45min workout....
Luckily, even though I am over 300lbs, I am severely lucky that I have to rare body type that I do. Somehow I don't get severely winded after extreme workouts, and most of the calories I intake are turned into muscle. I went from 225 and 21% body fat to 325 and only 24% body fat, with almost 0 exercise or eating properly. I will say though, my legs are killling me.I know what you mean man. This so makes me want to start this back up again... lolDay 5 of insanity: Pure Cardio. This was the hardest thing to date, because you got 0 time to rest between any of the workouts. This is the first time since middle school football that I have puked during a workout.
