Geez man, how did you "push" yourself to do it still when you weren't seeing progress?? That's amazing!; most people would have quit especially after losing only 3 pounds in those months....thanks....again though, it was hard work man. First 5 months, I'd loose MAYBE 3 lbs a month. I was a horrible eater in terms that I'd have 2 large meals the whole day. Now I eat 6 small meals which keeps my metabolism running. I think once my body finally got used to it...I started losing around 2-3lbs per week. Once in a 24 hour period I lost 4lbs! But that was overdoing it. I was going to the gym 7 days a week which is bad (no rest for the muscles). Now I go 5 days a week and go bike riding on Saturdays...I average 40 mile rides or so
I used to be that way. 22-24 did it to me... Booze, a heavier wallet to buy fast food, and eating when I'm bored did it to me.... Be careful and enjoy it...Dude tripp, that's awesome! Good for you dude.
Me...? Well... I've been 130-135 since late middle school. I eat my ass off too. My metabolism has gone through the roof for the past several months as well. I've had fast food 7 times this week. This month? I don't even wanna count or look at my bank statement (never use cash, always swipe).
I know it'll catch up to me someday. My dad was the same as me. Was 120 at my age and couldn't gain a single pound for tens of years. Now he's a short chubby guy at 50+ .

That is where I'm weak... I get this huge rush of energy to do it and it just dies off withen 2 weeks of doing it because I don't see any results; I need to keep pushing...
