Perhaps. I've been with these people all of my life though. They treat me well. I may go to their other location and see another doctor from the practice.

Yeah my dad's always got some guru stuff to say. He's been around a while and I respect his opinion.

In the mean-time, you NEED a new job. You're comfortable where you're at, I get it, but you have to make a change. You've got to do something to push you in the direction you need to go. Take a leap off that ledge. I had to do it, and I'm beyond glad I did. It will only better you in the end.

Second opinions are generally a good idea when your doctor is stumped and resorting to desperate measures.

I wouldn't say he's resorting to desperate measures but I agree with you.

Unless you consider surgeries desperate measures. I've had maybe eight separate surgeries in my life, all on my ears. :/
