all it took for a soldier to have a tattoo that said f**k you/off on his neck and the highest enlisted soldier to see it. his whole take is that we are a professional organization. if you are already in then it shouldn't effect us. if you are a new recruit and have tattoos below the knee or elbow they will not let you serve unless you have it removed. the changes have not come yet but its rumored to come within the next 30-60 days. there are other changes coming besides the tattooI was listening to NPR the other day and heard that the military is taking a harder stand on tattoos of certain nature and body location. What's the skinny on this?
