I don't think this is so much about warranty as it is fraud. I'm thinking A LOT of what you said was supposed to be done to that motor was not done. Contact who you need to to get ready to press fraud charges or whatever and tear the motor down.

Well I think these fella's gotta be told.... no offence but they might be think ohh you a girl n that you might not know what the eagle rod looks like etc. Take some muscle\motor head with you... tell em you wanted it sorted out asap & if they can't do then get all your money back & more!

I dunno about getting lawyers in, here in the UK its missions going through the justice system, its frookin crap! If that was me, I'd tell him he got a few days to sort it or everyday that going by you making money back. If all that niceness fails... take a baseball bat & "accidently" smash up the bosses motor & that should get his ass moving (talking from personal experience here!!!)

Hey, another girl here. Hi. Anyway, she seems to mostly know what's happening with any cars she's involved with. Thanks for thinking she's less likely to know because she has a vagina though.

Seriously, read back in her posts though. You'll see that generally speaking she seems to understand. I was kind of surprised about her missing the rod, but iunno, maybe there's a lot on her mind right now.

yea yea yea, i knew it was an eagle rod when i seen it come out of the block, idunno.... ima talk to him on friday, they're taking out the motor today so we'll see whats up.... the def. need to give me my money back or build me a new one... if sucks though cause now im doubting what the Type R has in it now... like a couple of people said its maybe b/c they think "she's a girl" thing i dunno..... im just heated still and just tyring to think about how to go about dealing with this situation
