i had asked this dude that i know, a laywer guy and he told me that regardless of whatever, "racing" engines are not under any warranty in Mass, and as what what the machine shop is gonna do for you is good so take it up with them personally b/c if you get the court/police involved then they're really cant help you..... im a talk to the guy face to face on friday b/c all the contact so far has been over the phone.. the shop is like 1hour away from where i live. so if anything i will get my money back and take it else where and just put that machine shop's rep. in the gutter with everyone that i know......

Regardless of the block blowing, we're talking about sue them for not installing the parts you paid for.

i was saying that others might be calling bs, beacuse you could notice a differance between a built and non built engine. I was just saying I could build a 13:1 ls/vtec using OE honda parts and you would never know the differance until it blew. I am just saying i have my doubts but I am still not going to call BS

sucks sorry to hear.. its funny about the rods because this friend of mine got a motor built at this place called ripp mods quite some years ago and when his motor blew up they did everything not to have him open the motor.. and when he got it pulled the motor had stock shot peened rods instead of what he was pretty sure was supposed to be eagle rods..
