Why isn't the 7th gen Si hatch more popular?

Shifter's not in the right place for my taste. I've driven the EP3... I can't get used to the shifter's position. To each his own though and more power to you.

7th gen hondas are ugly for most part from factory but with a little lowering and rim changing they can be nice i havent drove the si but id like too but its a 2.0 and its only 160hp b16 is same i dunno i need to drive it and find out how fast it is

Very few cars are fast out of the box. There's no B16's rolling off the showroom floor running 14's. They need time to break in, just like the new K motors. I know quite a few EP3's running high 14's with IHE add Hondata and there were a few in the mid, low 14's.

As for the looks, I'm happy with it. I love hatches and I love my EP3.

I drove it. I didn't mind, but if it's manual, I gotta:

1. Recline the seat back...
2. Lean back and to the right...
3. Left hand on the steering wheel...
4. Right hand on the shifter...

Can't exactly follow those guidelines with the new Si.

all i can say is thank god the next gen of si's will be coupes......
that new hatch is ugly as sin, and seriously hurts honda's hp/litre ratio domination of the market
