I love how people bag on cars with systems... saying it's slow and everything else. if you're THAT much into racing, you don't give a s**t about audio, your car is stripped down to nothing (which I think is pretty f**king dumb for an every day driver). Or, you have something simple... like good mids and highs that weight a whole whopping five pounds.

I hate smart ass f**kers who don't know s**t... "does it weight the back of your car down" ... right, 'cuz the f**king groceries or stroller or spare tire don't add weight either. f**kers!

I will have a 12 second car as my daily driver. No, it's not stripped down. It is a 12 second car with full interior AND subs. I'm not trying to make the fastest civic in the world. I just want to be able to smoke all those fags who think their stock V8 cars are so much faster than the little I4s. f**k all the Mustangs and Corvettes. f**k all of you! And if I decide to turbo my car later, i will break the 11 second barrier. Oh buy they way PAguy. Thanks for introducing the Illusion Audio stuff to me. I'm thinking about replacing all my speakers with Carbon series speakers. Good call. Know any places where I can pick those up for cheap??

Illusion is now distributing MB Quart, so they are pretty much out of the game as far as production.. I guess rockford no longer owns quart... You can find their stuff on a lot of car audio forums.

I talked with a Illusion Audio dealer yesterday. He said that they will be releasing stuff but he isn't exactly sure when. Hey gave me a couple prices. He said that they aren't set in stone yet but its a good idea.

eh, i dont know, depends on your area. that sounds like MSRP pricing on them. Another option to look at is cdt.

you can get a set of HD components and and HD12 for less than 500. not as light as the illusion, but another option

I think i've pretty much decided to go with the infinity's......which i believe will run longer in the end, compared to the audiobahns. my buddy that I told you about who had the audiobahns, just blew another pair of them and blamed it on the amp. I just think he was being retarded and had the gains set wayyyy too high. thanks for all you help in this. but by all means, keep on debating. some really good info is coming forth!
