Here are the finished pics of the aluminum AC delete I made. It fits just as nice as the stock one but not flimsy and it actually looks better.

Ok here's the installed pic of the AC delete I made using the factory clips that came out of the OEM one. I picked a similar thickness piece of aluminum so it fits without being too thick.
Also I finally installed the battery box and tie down. Small progress on my car but did it in just a few minutes at the end of my lunch break.

i like, after i swap i wont have the ac compressor. i might see how i feel without ac and get rid of mine if its not to bad. summer is going to blow though
They are only like $30 brand new so go for it.
I only have 1 car that currently has AC so I'm used to the heat. It's all in what you're used to.
true, im just not sure how ill feel about it lol i normally am windows down anyways. its like the first thing i do lol
Trust me, you'll get used to it. Ever since I've had my car, the A/C has been removed and I don't even notice anymore. The only negative is that you will sometimes arrive at your location covered in sweat haha.

Ok well I have been working on my car a little when I have time. I've been working on my friends CTR more than my car. But this weekend should be good for a few things. Some sanding and blocking and such.
Here is the hood primed
I prepped and painted the bottom of the hood. Looks pretty good.
Also I got myself a Christmas present. I currently have Wings West RS side skirts, but I found a set of mint 10/10 Mugen side skirts for it. So now no drilling or having to make brackets because they utilize factory clips and mounting holes. That alone makes up for the price simply for the convenience of me not having to spend 4-5 hours to mount the damn things. Lets hope I see them soon.

you don't need an ac if vtec kicks in and the windows are down. clean build. vc for the win.
