This is a sign of a vacuum leak. What else have you tried? Stock motor? What engine? The more details the better, especially with what you've tried so far.

Probably not a MAP sensor issue. The sensor sends signals to the ECU based on manifold absolute pressure (hence, MAP). This is based on vacuum. Higher vacuum = higher voltage sent to ECU. So... any vacuum leaks? How is your idle? I would start by cleaning the IACV.

You have a new Civic, I wouldn't make any performance mods to it yet. I recommend keeping her stock exhaust. EDIT: You're going to require a tune, also. Unless you plan on doing a bunch of mods, not really worth it IMO. At least not yet. Products are still too new.

My Civic didn't even have ABS. I survived just fine. :what: Lane assist and all that jazz isn't needed if you pay attention to the road ;)
