From ye old Wikipedia: So yeah, pretty much the same  That's from the 3rd gen page though.... so I may be totally incorrect.

What are you doing / did you do today / CHAT THREAD

Agreed. I have 20 all around... legal limit is 70% here in NY for the side windows... that's essentially no tint at all. The back windshield can be as dark as you want it, though.

Water Sprayed in Engine Bay - Car Issues & Can't Pass Smog

:welcome: to ClubCivic! Lets take a step back. First and foremost, what trim / engine do you have? Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the TL;DR version of your issue, is that someone sprayed water all up in your engine bay, and now it runs like s**t? Was the car on when he did this? Is your...

    Acceleration problem

So when you first start the car and it's cold, it runs fine? This could be an O2 sensor issue. Those sensors don't do anything when the engine is cold, A/F ratio is controlled solely by the ECU. When it hits normal temp, the sensors kick in and the A/F ratio is adjusted based on the feedback...

    Acceleration problem

Does this happen when you first turn the car when the engine is still cold? Or does it happen only when it's up to normal temperature?

Honda Civic Turbo high idle and running rich

It depends on where you go, I suppose. When I was getting mine tuned, we ran into some issues. The small stuff they were able to do (replaced peak/hold injectors with saturated ones so they removed the resistor box), etc... but stuff like replacing an entire engine harness I went ahead and did...

Honda Civic Turbo high idle and running rich

:welcome: What are you tuned on and what ECU? How much boost and what map sensor? Injectors? High idle could be something like your throttle plate stuck open. However, I would recommend taking it to a tuner.

1995 EX to 1995 Si Worth swapping.

If you're swapping in a 5th gen Si as you want, the motor is the same. If you're swapping in a 6th gen Si, the motor is 100% different. 5th gen EX and Si cars are different. Si has rear disc brakes and a bunch of other stuff the Ex does not. Honestly, 86k is nothing on that motor. I would...

    Civic 1997 Dx engine issues

I would recommend picking up a haynes manual. It should give you just about a step by step along with correct torque specs etc. Also, do some google searches for how to replace it, and you'll surely find all the info you need. I did a quick search and came across this post...
