    Clutch issues: never ending

I have always used a vacuum bleeder so there has never been a problem Brakes or clutch. Just did it last week with my VW (clutch master, clutch slave, and brake master. Clutch is smooth as butter and the brakes are nice and tight. I guess to each their own, but it definitely isn't a "must...

    Scam articles

We get rid of them as they pop up. No way to get rid of them completely without locking down the whole site, then there would be complaints about that. Catch 22.

    Clutch issues: never ending

Meh. No need. Just bleed the system correctly after install. Never had a problem and I have yet to bench bleed a master cylinder.

    2010 Civic EXL headlamp

Extended warranty won't usually cover that 98% of the time. You are on your own with cosmetic stuff like that. We fight aftermarket warranties on a daily at work and they only usually cover drivetrain stuff and even then it's a fight. Biggest waste of money out there. Either find out how...

Bought a lowered honda, living hell.

Those are ground control sleeves (eibach logo is visible in 3 of the pictures) and what looks to be tokico blues. Very popular set up (although most pair them with Koni iirc). The problem lies in the exhaust. I would go to a shorter header or go back to a stock set up from the muffler...

'02 Civic Head Issue: Broken Cap

2 different issues man. Resurfacing the head has to do with the surface between the head and the block. What I am talking about is reboring where the cam passes through. Those caps when bolted to the head make a circle. They need to be machined WITH the head to be completely round with...

'02 Civic Head Issue: Broken Cap

There is a reason they aren't shown as separate purchasable parts in the parts schematic. They are bolted on the head and machine bored so the tolerance for the cam is exactly the same all the way through, same thing happens with the crank. If you put some from another head on there, even the...

'02 Civic Head Issue: Broken Cap

IIRC those cam caps are machine bored with the head. You need a new head or need to get new rocker caps and have a shop remachine your head to match them.

my new DD, 1998 lx auto

Had the same thing happen on my sedan. Got the whole harness from a car in a local junk yard for next to nothing. Just took some time to get it all out, what I didn't need I just cut off and left it there.

    lug nuts 2015 civic

What brand are the steelies? Look at the hole and see if they are ball seat or tapered. Pretty cut and dry. Take a close up picture of the hole and post it if you can't figure it out.

Honda Factory Warranty & Modification Question?

 Learned the very hard way. She traded it in to us. Took a huge loss on it for trade in value. We will come out ahead either by sending this to the auction or fixing it and flipping it with a new motor installed by our certified techs so it can be ran through CPO (Certified Pre-Owned)...

Honda Factory Warranty & Modification Question?

Dude! We have a claim that was thrown out Friday. 2015 Cayenne with a blown head gasket leading to a frozen engine. Reason the claim was thrown out: Owner kept driving on it after we told her of a leaking water pump. Keep in mind that the water pump was WELL under warranty parameters. She...

Honda Factory Warranty & Modification Question?

ANYTHING you put on there, if there is a failure they can use that against you and deny a warranty claim. I see it all the time at work. Exhaust is usually ok, but I wouldn't go messing with any tuning (that has had quite a few claims thrown out at work when they find out), intake, or anything...

It is constantly locked now per the new parameters Justin set up so we are the only ones that can post in it now. You might need to delete this and make a new one. Every time I unlock it, it autolocks it again.
