Personally I love iTunes. I use it with last.fm to track all the songs I've played and such. I'm almost at 400000 plays since 2007!

This. For example, cheap ebay manifold. It's fine IF it's iron cast. but I'd stay away from stainless. Turbo, I would get a well known brand. Tuning - get it professionally done.
