Had this problem before, but it was with an OE clutch. Went out and got a Competition Stg 2 clutch. OEM flywheel (yes, it has hotspots). Clutch seems to slip under boost in 1st gear. Drives fine until I get on it, and once the turbo spools, the RPM's fly up like I'm just revving in neutral...

With the right tune you wouldn't be running too rich. 7psi should be fine for that setup though. I'd get some ARP studs too, to prevent the head from lifting under boost.

I've used the Exedy OEM clutch when I did my manual conversion and I loved it. Never upgraded my flywheel though so I can't give any opinions on that.
