im surprised no one mentioned getting your compression checked out first. before you even consider boost make sure your car can take it by getting a compression check. that will tell you if you need to rebuild it or not. THATS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER BOOST.
yep. thats what i tell everyone.

its lik $150 for dsms and a walbro, why not just do it now? as for ecu, i would change it as well as convert to obd1 for tuning puposes. dont forget a new water pump, oil pump and bearings along with a bottom end gasket kit.

i like that turbo....going to have a lil lag probably....but in the high rpms its going to pull lol....and if you ever raise the boost in the future that thing will do much better than the smaller one....either one looks nice to me:what:

get a Walbro 255 and DSM 450s

450s will support 300hp, and the fuel pump has been proven to 600+

which one what? fuel pump?

the HP will support more hp because of the higher pressure, the LP retains stock fuel pressure but higher flow.

i went with the LP on mine because im going to use a stock fpr and am only looking for about 300hp

it started knocking really loud so i slowed down hoping i could make it to where i was going, then i felt sumthing bounce under the car and i looked back and there just smoke. i pulled over and when i popped the hood i saw a big puddle of oil under the engine. il prolly just get another d16y8 and turbo it. just gotta get some money.
