Show me an example where the native theme can change progess bars, I can change which side my Minimize, Maximize and Close are on, I can make some windows transparency 80%, I can also make it so the window goes away but just the title bar is visible.

Where I can also change the theme with maybe 4 clicks from my mouse. Where I can also change which program doesn't get skinned and which ones do.

you sound agitated, is everything alright?

i suppose 3rd party programs would be good for those extra features. however, most people just want the ability to use differnt visual styles and don't care for rollups, opacity, nor moving the window control buttons around... i'm just saying, for those who want to just change their VS, 3rd party software is not needed.
