    Break lamp wiring

It's a pretty big plug. I believe in that same harness you'll see two wires going to 1 somewhere.. that's what allows your key to release from the ignition. That harness should have the color wires you need to run to the reverse switch.

    97 civic ex...3rd gear problems

Come to stop and turn your car off - the noise will be gone. With lack of details I assume the noise you're intermittently hearing is the sound of your engine when it is turned on. ...With lack of details comes lack of support. The more the better! When does the noise occur? Only 3rd gear? If...

    Break lamp wiring

:welcome: to ClubCivic An auto to manual swap requires that the reverse lights to be rewired up. For an automatic, reverse lights were activated by completing a circuit when the automatic gear selector is put into reverse. Now, you need to wire the lights right to the reverse switch, which can...

    new to forums

:welcome: to CC. Let's not jump to conclusions here, but I want you to understand why the two replies to your post are what they are. It has to do with your first post. When you put "will be boosting" and "i already have 4-2-1 headers" (it's just a single header btw) into the same sentence, this...

    Newb

:welcome: to ClubCivic! Your son will definitely be happy, that's for sure. There's a lot you can do to these cars, and that will only increase over time. It really depends on what you're looking to do.. performance mods? style mods? If you're looking for something simply and clean, I suggest...

What are you doing / did you do today / CHAT THREAD

Yeah, that kind of sucks :/ I loved my old co-op schedule. M-Thurs 9 hour days, normal 8 hour day on Friday BUT we got every other Friday completely off.

Yeah, this was less than a block from the main street and there were tons of people around. I was too far to away to catch the plate but I'm sure someone else did. I love a long weekend. I prefer Mondays off over Fridays though.

It was hot af this weekend. Went hiking, had a nice Labor Day BBQ. Saw a hit and run after the bars closed on Saturday... dude smoked a taxi van and instantly drove away

    Smoke (blue) at start up.

It's not that they're dirty, it's that they're starting to wear. Putting a ripped T-shirt through the washer won't fix the rip... same situation here ;)

    Suspension and More Power

I'm assuming your roads are just about similar to ours. Giving my own review on Tein Street Advance: Handling is much improved, ride height is almost on par with OEM, though bumps are pretty harsh. I've had them for 5 months now or so. I have never ridden enough in a car with aftermarket springs...

    Suspension and More Power

Tokico strut / spring combo if you're not looking to adjust. Or Koni SRT w/ Tein S-techs. There's plenty of options out there. If you're looking for ride comfort, go with shocks / springs. If you're looking to slam or be adjustable, I would recommend coilovers. Fortune Auto coils are $1500 or...
